Change of Mind

• Return within 14 days of delivery

• Item must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos

• We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or engraved pieces

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
